Job Title: Graphic Designer
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (8:00 am to 4:00 pm)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven graphic designing experience minimum 3 years.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

Job Title: Medical representative
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (8:00 am to 4:00 pm)
Experience required: Minimum 2 years at the same field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing visits, comprehensive coverage of clinics and hospitals, regular follow-up with doctors specialized in each product, and delivery of sufficient information in a professional manner appropriate to the nature of work.
- Ensure that the company is represented in the best way in front of clients and various bodies
- Following up on the sales record and working on providing the best performance to obtain the best results.
- Submit periodic reports to management regularly
- Ensure that the company is represented in the best way in front of clients and various bodies
- Follow the instructions, regulations, laws, general professional ethics, as well as the company’s rules and procedures
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to visit potential clients on a regular basis
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
- Proven medical sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
